Trying to get the feel of this. Need to update settings, figure out the dashboard and of course get a nice skin. Bear with me..

I’m Back!!!

Hello again everyone I’m back from my extended absence. 

It has actually been nice to have a little break – to be honest I put too much pressure on myself and just let everthing go.  So now – no more pressure! A new blog, a new start!! 

The last couple of months have seen me trying to get into a routine – not with Sarah but with myself.  I have started going to the gym every day and eating healthily.  I am following a diet that works according to your blood group.  It seems to be working – if a bit slowly!  But I think slower is better – I just have to come to terms with the fact that this is not going to be a quick thing and so I must just take my time and at least I will feel better about myself.

Other news is that my brother and his fiance are down from the UK for a holiday.  I am hoping to see more of them than I did on the last visit.  However, Karen’s folks live in Langebaan so they spend most of their time there. 

Also, Caroline is going in tomorrow to have her little baby girl!  It’s so exciting and can not wait to meet her.
